"My etching ‘Skyfall’ was produced after a trip to Glencoe just before we went into the first covid lockdown. It rained and there was still snow on the hills. It was also stormy, and the sky was heavy and in this etching I wanted to capture the atmospheric weather and the way the sky seemed to tumble into the landscape below. The composition with the low horizon keeps the sky as the focal point of this etching."
