Scott Myles

Scott Myles was born in 1975 in Dundee, Scotland. He studied Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. His practice encompasses a range of media including sculpture, printmaking, drawing, text, photography, painting and performance. If there is a signature to his work it isn’t to be found in a single aesthetic or ‘look’, or in the use of a particular material, but in the ideas and concepts that underpin all his projects.

Myles has exhibited widely both nationally and internationally, including The Modern Institute, Glasgow; Rat Hole Gallery, Tokyo; Lafayette Maison, Paris (in collaboration with Foundation Lafayette); Dundee Contemporary Arts, Dundee; and Kunsthalle Zurich. He has been a lecturer in Contemporary Art Practice at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design since 2018.
