Glasgow Print Studio enables artists working in Scotland and internationally to make, show and sell work in original print.
Since 1972, we have been supporting and developing contemporary and innovative printmaking in Scotland. Beginning as an artist-led initiative providing accessible workshop facilities, today we maintain a state-of-the-art production facility which anchors our activity across exhibitions, sales, art fairs, print publishing, outreach, archiving and courses.
We are one of five regional print studios within Scotland Workshops, a network of 11 visual arts production facilities across the country supporting Scotland's artists.
We are located in Trongate 103, a centre for arts and creativity in Glasgow's Merchant City. Our exhibition programmes occupy two public gallery spaces, and typically we open new shows with a Private View, 6 - 8pm, on the first Thursday of the month.
Our gallery team are knowledgeable professionals, ready to help you with your visit or enquiry, answer any questions you have regarding the purchase of works, and take you through the printmaking techniques involved.
All works in our exhibitions and galleries are for sale, unless otherwise stated. Income from your purchase goes toward the livelihoods of artists working in print, and the facilities they depend on.
