    SUPPORT US

For over five decades, Glasgow Print Studio has been a vital part of Scotland's cultural life - supporting artists, nurturing creativity, and connecting communities through printmaking. However, we are now facing a serious and immediate crisis.

Over the last few months, we have been working to oppose significant rent and service charge rises that threatened our future in Trongate 103, where we have been a tenant since 2009. We are grateful that Glasgow City Council have stepped in to provide interim support for 12 months and that they have made a commitment in principle to the long-term future. However, the cost of our rent has still increased to more than double the original level, and we will need to generate additional income each month to meet the terms of this arrangement.

Please see here for more detail on the issue and for information on how to donate to us. You may of course consider a purchase instead and we welcome any gesture of support however it is made.

With your help we can continue in our work more securely while we navigate the current challenges and chart a path for our next 50 years.

Glasgow Print Studio is more than a place. It's a home for artists, art lovers, learners, and visitors who walk through our doors and become part of something bigger. It holds Glasgow's cultural heritage in its walls, in its presses, in every mark made here.

It's a home, too, for the staff and skilled technicians whose passion, care, and craft bring this space to life - who make the work possible, and who nurture the community that grows around it. Your support will sustain this unique resource.

Your donation, of any size, will directly support artists, learning, and access to printmaking in Glasgow.
